Grace is the company’s principle landscape designer. She is a college certified horticulturist & designer, having worked professionally with plants since 1995. Grace is also a licensed landscape contractor, and has been certified by Portland BES in Sustainable Stormwater Management.
Her initial expertise was in container gardening for exotic animal enclosures and care of carnivorous plants. She was later moved by curiosity into the amazing world of outdoor gardens, where her intriguing designs could broaden with more space.
Grace learned an incredible amount from her wonderful professors at Merritt College's Landscape Horticulture Department, and perhaps even more from plantsmen Roger Raiche and Dave McCrory of Planet Horticulture. She also maintained the award-winning Entry Garden at the San Francisco Botanical Garden from 2002-2004.
Grace has provided design services, aesthetic pruning for irreplaceable specimen trees, horticultural consultation and care for public botanical gardens, private estates, natural area restoration sites, as well as urban landscapes of all kinds.
Grace has always been most inspired by nature. Her Maricopa Native American culture colored her early summers on the reservation in the Arizona desert (she is an enrolled member of the Gila River Indian Community), and remains a counterpoint to her life as an urban Indian. When she is not in the garden, Grace loves to write stories, paint pictures, and dance. She plans to save the world by inspiring humans with art & nature.
Micha manages operations & communications, as well as all social responsibility initiatives for Rejuvenation Artisans. He functions as the senior project manager of our company; he makes sure our company is working effectively to educate our employees, customers, and the public about the value of environmentally sustainable practices; and he directs our equity, diversity, and inclusion practices.
Micha also helps us partner with like-minded environmental NGO organizations such as the Columbia Land Trust, the Audubon Society, and the Backyard Habitat Program, so that together we can make a greater impact in our communities. He personally spear-headed the engineering of Rejuvenation Artisans’ own stormwater facility designs, having been certified by the Bureau of Environmental Services in Sustainable Stormwater Management.

The goal is to elevate disenfranchised young people, and to help them become decision makers of the future, furthering advancement toward a more equitable society.
Micha holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He also holds a bachelor's degree in History, Literature, and Theater from Portland State University.
